change through exploration
an ONLINE therapy practice
what i offer

I began offering ONLINE sessions, before the onset of the current pandemic, because of the flexibility for arranging therapy sessions that fit into our busy lives or to cater for our sometimes remote geographic locations. Since doing 'home-based' therapy some years ago I have also appreciated that clients can feel more at ease when discussing their lives when in their own home or at another location where they are able to feel relaxed and comfortable.
My aim is to offer a safe and confidential ONLINE space for clients, together or separately, to explore the relationships in their lives and the various contexts in which these relationships exist.
I currently offer ONLINE therapeutic sessions for families or groups, for parents, couples or polyamorous relationships, as well as for individual clients. I also offer clinical supervision for students and clinical colleagues.

about me
I qualified as a family and systemic psychotherapist with the completion of a master’s degree in 2013 through the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust in London. I am accredited by the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and am also a member of the Association for Family Therapy and Systemic Practice (AFT) in the UK (see What is Family Therapy?).
I have worked as a family and systemic psychotherapist in a number of different public and voluntary sector settings as well as in private practice. I have worked with a variety of client groups including queer (LGBTQI+) clients experiencing relationship issues and under 18s who are trans, genderqueer or genderquestioning and their families. I have also worked with youth offending, adoption and kinship care and families living with neurodiversity.
